Charleston, WV - Tyler L. Rittenhouse graduated from Coastal Carolina University, earning a bachelor's degree in marketing, and continued his education at West Virginia University College of Law. He was a member of WVU College of Law's Alternative Dispute Resolution Club the Labor Law Society. As a law student, Mr. Rittenhouse worked with another insurance defense firm in Charleston, WV, served as an extern for the WVU Health Services Office of General Counsel, and held a summer associate position at Shuman McCuskey Slicer PLLC. He is a Teays Valley, West Virginia native and enjoys spending his free time on the golf course and with friends and family. Mr. Rittenhouse will begin his practice in the firm’s Charleston, WV office focusing on the areas of Architect & Engineering Liability, Business Litigation, Civil Rights Litigation, Construction Litigation, General Litigation, Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith, Labor, Employment & Deliberate Intent Litigation, Long-Term Care & Nursing Home Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, State, Municipal & Public Utility Litigation, and Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality.
