Emily A. Neely is an associate in the firm's Winchester office. Mrs. Neely earned her bachelor’s degree as a double major in political science and philosophy at West Virginia University. She earned her J.D. at West Virginia University College of Law where she served as Community Service Council President, Public Interest Advocates President, Community Service Chair of the Student Bar Association, and worked in the Family Law Clinic. She was granted an Equal Justice Works Fellowship upon graduating law school, and her work as a Fellow was highlighted at Equal Justice Works’ annual Scales of Justice event in 2023. Mrs. Neely is a member of the Lawyers & Leaders Class of 2021 and is a trained mediator.
Mrs. Neely’s practice focuses on general insurance defense assisting in cases centered on personal injury, construction, property, civil rights, and general litigation cases. She has lived between Virginia and West Virginia her entire life and feels fortunate to live in such a beautiful area with her husband and three dogs.
