Debra A. Bowers has practiced law since 1991, and she is licensed to practice law in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. She is an experienced attorney, and her practice focuses on Domestic Relations. Ms. Bowers is a Mediator for Domestic cases recognized by local Family Law Judges and practitioners, and is a frequent lecturer in the area of Domestic Law, having been a speaker at many continuing legal education seminars. She also includes Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Small Corporations in her practice.

Ms. Bowers attended West Virginia University, where she received a B.A. degree in 1983 and an M.S. degree in 1986 in Vocational Evaluation and Rehabilitative Counseling. In 1991, she received her J.D. degree from Ohio Northern University. Ms. Bowers is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the Supreme Court of Appeals for West Virginia, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Monongalia County Bar Association.

Ms. Bowers is a past member of the Board of Directors, and was the 1999 Chair, of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as a past member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Morgantown Community Trust.
